Burger King in Nienburg

Good afternoon readers, I can only advise against the delivery service! I myself had to experience that you have to wait far too long or have to leave yourself at half past one in the evening so that you can eat your meal "on time" (previously you had to wait an hour and you should wait until half past one) 2 wait, that's why I went there on my own). Today (01/24/21) I had to realize again that the company is not working "properly". What is meant is that you want to meet the suppliers and offer to put it on the table in the house and make the payment instead of in the cold where it is also dark. Unfortunately the suppliers complain to their superiors for such a nice one, that it is too unpleasant. Another point is that a burger was forgotten, it was also on the bill They called there and informed them that a burger was missing. I was then told that it would be brought back extra, unfortunately this was not adhered to as the supplier claimed in the company that it was there when the order was placed was (he wasn't). So I had to wait half an hour for a burger that didn't come ... so I called again and on the phone I was told that according to the delivery woman it had arrived and that no driver had come to us because of that (i.e., we were indirectly portrayed as liars). On the second call, however, they said that they would now send a driver out to bring the burger, but unfortunately this was also wrong because I had to wait another 30 minutes without my burger. At some point it was enough, because I waited more than an hour for a burger (I live a maximum of 5 minutes away) and only when I spoke plain text in the shop, I was given my burger. My conclusion? - You can wait far too long (at least for me) - When one points out something that is missing, one becomes as indirect liars put there - They say someone will come by and bring it to you but it is not so - The suppliers themselves lie and describe something as uncomfortable only when you come towards them would like to

Maybe two stars are generally taken low, but compared to other burger kings ... the facility needs a refresh, looks totally rocked. And you always wait forever. It's not fast food if it takes more than five minutes per car. My amateur opinion is that the place is permanently understaffed. The food is just ... Burgerking.

Average burger king, here and there something to complain about but otherwise solid

Large orders are assumed to put the food together with a clear conscience. Value of goods paid approx. 50 €. One of the menus was missing completely, nuggets instead of burgers at the kids meal and one too many fries. But all ketchup instead of mayonnaise. It's a shame that indirectly you paid 12 euros too much.

Food arrived after about 80 minutes. Was cold and inedible.

Ordered a Rösti Lover Plant Based at the drive in and found at home that there was bacon on it by mistake. Doesn't work at all.

Had ordered 2 large bundles they were there very quickly (10 minutes before delivery time) the food was delicious and hot. Driver was very friendly too. Unfortunately, a Bug King was forgotten but it was delivered within 10 minutes with a fries to make amends. On the whole very satisfied, gladly again.

French fries and cola are the only good things here, because we've never had a hot Börger. Because it would taste better hot and that certain something is missing a lot.

If you want an incomplete or incorrect edition for your order, then the shed is highly recommended. In my last 10 orders, it was at least 5 times the case.

The giant burger is somehow too big and too wet. I want crispy insect burgers or camembert burgers, but not that big and wet. Otherwise very friendly staff.

Every time I was there there were always long waiting times (about 20 minutes for 2 burgers) even though hardly anyone was there. Otherwise everything was ok, but you could still work on the cleanliness.

Sunday noon, long queue in front of the drive through, therefore long waiting times inside = too few staff. Worse: none of the tables were clean. That is not okay even without Corona.

Staff quite neutral to unfriendly. Some are exceptional and very courteous. But it may also be due to the given circumstances.

Not good fries !!! And no nice smell in 🤔WC. 😤

The tables were not cleared and completely dirty, inside and outside. Another service person is missing to take care of something. We then preferred to eat in the car ...

Just burger king

French fries were cold. So less than warm. The burgers and nuggets were as always okay with BK. But the only service for drive and counter was visibly overwhelmed, which is understandable. Therefore also small mistakes and waiting times. One should occupy something more personal

My recent visit was after being treated at the hospital. It was near the KH, that is why it is very accessible, they also offer (sometimes) special Angebote for customers.
